I posted from this shoot with Breeze Art Creatives weeks ago and shared the story behind the look on Instagram. If you missed the post, let me share the story again. I snagged these plaid pants from SheIn as a fun Fall add-on piece. The first time that I wore them out, I styled them with a polished blouse. Oh that poor blouse. On said morning, while juggling an umbrella and bulky work bag, I spilled my morning cup of joe down my top when the bus made a hard stop. Instead of getting upset about it, I put on my favorite Spotify playlist of chill tunes and rode over to work. Once at the office, I pulled out a spare tee that I had stored in my desk, changed out of the stained shirt and continued on with the day. Despite the early outfit mishap, I got complimented on the look and had a great day. Moral of the story: shit happens, but  setbacks are temporary. The sooner we choose to let go of the negative, the sooner we can let in the positive.

Pobre blusa.   Pues esa mañana, mientras iba cargada con un paraguas y un bolso pesado, se me cayó todito el café en el top cuando el autobús paró de repente. En vez de molestarme, me puse los cascos para escuchar mi playlist favorito de Spotify y seguí por el camino al trabajo. Una vez en la oficina, saqué una camiseta que tenía guarda en el escritorio. Me cambié el top y continué con el resto del día. A pesar de como empezó la mañana, recibí cumplidos del look y tuve un buen día. La moraleja: a veces pasamos por malos ratos, pero todo es temporal. En cuanto decidamos dejar lo negativo, podemos dejar entrar lo positivo.
