Some places just make you feel good. Navy Pier is one of those places for me. I can't get enough of the cityscape views against the vast blue of Lake Michigan.  I like wandering around the pier with a coffee in hand to people watch or lose myself in my thoughts.

Hay sitios que te hacen sentir bien. Navy Pier es uno de esos sitios. Nunca me canso de las vistas de la ciudad contra la amplitud del Lago Michigan. Me gusta pasear por el embarcadero con un café en la mano para mirar a la gente.

EN Now let's talk about the lewk. I love simple, clean geometric shapes and patterns so this strappy dress from Avec Les Filles was a big YAY for me. A white dress can be tricky if it isn't lined or if it's a flimsy material. This is a great pick though because it's both lined and made from a heavier cotton, so no one is seeing my panties through it. It's super versatile. I've worn it solo (with stickies since a strapless will show through the cool, but low-cut, back), layered under cropped denim jackets, over tees and over thin knits. Since the print is so simple, it'd also look great layered over a different patterned top.  Although the color screams summer, you can layer it over super skinny jeans and a fitted black top with booties for a cool-girl Fall look. I should also note that the heavier cotton and lining also offer some unexpected warmth on cooler days.  How are you transitioning your summer outfits into the Fall and winter?

ES Ahora a hablar del look. Me encantan formas geométricas y estampados sencillos, así que este vestido de Avec Les Filles sí o sí tenía que formar parte de mi vestuario. A ver, el blanco puede ser un poco fastidioso si no está forrado o es una tela barata. Este vestido es genial porque está forrado y está hecho de un algodón más grueso, así que no se ven ni las bragas ni el sujetador. Es súper versátil. Lo he llevado solo (con pegatinas para cubrir los pezones, ya que la espalda no permite sujetador), debajo de chaquetas vaqueras y encima de camisetas. Dado que el estampado es tan sencillo, quedaría genial con un top de otro estampado. Aunque el color es muy del verano, lo puedes llevar encima de unos pitillos y un jersey con botines para un look de otoño muy cool. También debo mencionar que abriga  en días de frío dado que está hecho de un algodón más durable. ¿Cómo transicionan vuestros looks de verano al otoño y verano?
