There's something about late night strolls in a bustling city that really get me going. It's remarkable to be able to experience how a city's energy changes throughout the day. And as much as I enjoy the day's sunshine and bustle, I look forward to quieter moments of evening contemplation.

Evening jogs or walks are my favorite part of the day. It's a great way to get my body moving as well as to reflect upon the day. Whose day doesn't come with challenges, right? But I like to think about the achievements, no matter how small (don't steal my thunder on this one). On a more serious note, this alone time helps me recharge and go over the ish that needs to get done the next day.

On such a night, I came across this really neat park in the West Loop. The geometric and stainless steel archway is such an incredible sight against the city backdrop.

  1. This is such a cool, trendy look! But since trends come and go so its not sustainable or smart to spend $$ on items that will be out of style in a few months. Check out StyleLend.com - its a great way to rent your favorite trends from the top designers ( Chanel, McQueen, YSL...) at fast fashion prices! Plus you are helping the earth, nice little bonus :)

    1. Thank you for sharing the site...I suppose it isn't a smart idea if you are a slave to trends and don't know how to rework trendy pieces.

If you were a regular visitor to my space, you would realize that I am a conscious fashion consumer. I thrift quite often and speak about reworking older clothing pieces regularly on the blog. I appreciate your visit, but neither appreciate your SPAM/Advert nor your insinuating that I am not a smart consumer.
