Never So Modern with Gray Stripes

EN No matter how cute my outfit is, it always gets covered up under winter layers.

I suppose that I can't do much about the need to wear warm outerwear, it's Chicago for crying out loud, but at least I have options.		 ES Da igual lo chic que es mi look, siempre se pierde debajo de las capas que llevo en el invierno.

No puedo hacer mucho por esa necesidad de abrigarse tanto, es lo que tiene Chicago en el invierno, pero por lo menos tengo opciones.

    Hey Desi,

    What a cute + comfy winter look this is! I've been suffering from the same Chicago winter-related fashion problems, and you've inspired me to look into getting some more stylish winter gear of my own. I think a cute coat + gloves will go a loooong way in helping me make it through the remaining few months of this winter. Also, an unrelated question-- where was this shoot taken? The coffeeshop in the first photo looks great!

      The first photo was taken on a side alley while exploring Kensington Market in Toronto. The other photos were taken along Lake Ontario while visiting the Amsterdam Brew House. And when it comes to Chi-town winter blues...I totally feel ya, which is why I've been growing my outerwear collection as possible ;) Thanks for the love and hope that you keep warm out there!
