"It is the child in man that is the source of his uniqueness and creativeness, and the playground is the optimal milieu for the unfolding of his capacities and talents."
- Eric Hoffer
The author of the above mentioned quote was written by Eric Hoffer, an American moral and social philosopher. While jogging though my neighborhood, I saw children playing in the park and it made me think of Hoffer's words about the importance of play.
I feel like play is equally important for adults. When I feel like I'm stuck in a rut, it's usually due to a lack of time for hobbies or creative outlets. To regain some of that energy, I took to a park to unleash my inner child.
The world is your playground, so go out there and play!
