Now that summer is finally here, I'm ALL about spending more time outdoors. Chicago beaches, here I come! But whether I'm hitting the beach or just en route to the office, the first thing I put on is sunscreen. Sun protection is really important in everyday skincare. I try to be mindful of it all year long, but I'm admittedly more vigilant about wearing sunscreen in the summer.

Ya que ha llegado el verano, estoy LISTA para pasar más tiempo afuera. Playas de Chicago, ¡ya voy de camino! Vaya a la playa o solamente a la oficina, lo primero que me pongo es crema solar. La protección solar es súper importante en el cuidado diario de la piel. Intento proteger la piel todo el año, pero admito que suelo ser más cuidadosa con la protección solar en el verano.

EN In addition to using high-quality sunscreens, I try to limit my skin's (and eyes') exposure to damaging UVA and UVB rays by wearing wide-brimmed hats, coverups and oversized sunglasses.
