In an earlier post, I mentioned turning EOS lip balms into candies as a fun gift idea. Here's a step-by-step on how to do it for for $2!
On a trip to the dollar store, I came across a pack of clear bags and glittery pipe cleaners. At the time, I thought that I'd use them to make cute goodie bags. When I got home I put those two dollar goods at use to make my lip balms look like candies for the holidays.

Here a list of what I needed to carry out the simple DIY:
+ scissors
+ small plastic bags (or a roll of cellophane)

1. First, I cut the sealed end of the bag.

2. Slide the lip balm inside the bag and place in the middle. (I mention using EOS lip balms, but you can swap it out for any round make-up.)

3. Gather the plastic on one side of the lip balm and secure with a pipe cleaner. Repeat on the other side and voilĂ !
This is such a cute idea. Love it!
