Every year marks a new set of challenges and enriching experiences. Today I’m musing over a year full of events while thoughtfully sipping from a flute of bubbly champagne (with a squirt of OJ). As I reflect, I’m reminded of my personal strengths and opportunities for growth. 

Here’s what I’m resolving to do more of this year:

1. Consistently exercise 3-5 days a week (my faves are running, spinning and Bikram yoga, my least fave is upper body strength training).

2. Learn one new recipe a month.

3. Travel more.

4. Call/write my friends & family more.

5. Post more often.

6. Take the advice presented in The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom (A Toltec Wisdom Book) by Don Miguel Ruiz.

        §  Always Do Your Best
