Sure, I survived Chiberia 2013-2014 but my body ended up storing a little extra cushion during the harsh winter. Now that it's bikini season, I could use all the help I can get before baring it all in a two-piecer.
I've noticed body wrap commercials popping up more frequently on TV, so when the ItWorks body contouring system was brought to my attention I decided to try it out.
My start-up pack included:
• 2 drink powders
• 3 soft chews (these tasted like candy!)
After taking a shower, I carefully applied the wrap to my torso. To ensure that the wrap wouldn't slip and slide out of place, I wore a body hugging tank top over it (some wrappers opt to use plastic wrap). I was told that staying hydrated maximized the benefits, so I kept liquids within arms reach.
As soon as I put the wrap around my waist, I sipped one of the packets of the alkalizing drink powders. I was surprised how the pre-moistened wrap sent a warm and tingly sensation over the covered area. I wore the wrap for approximately 45 minutes and rubbed in the lotion after removing it.
I didn't notice any pronounced changes to my body shape, but my skin felt smoother and softer than it has in years. Many of the success stories that I found had used more than just one wrap over a longer period of time. I might just have to call my local supplier to continue working on a flatter tummy with the ItWorks system.
