Fall is
here and the changing leaves tend
to inspire trips to the beauty parlor. And when it comes to my hair, I turn to
my talented Spanish friend Crystobal, who I
met at a hip salon a few years back in Madrid.
He is an artist with color and can cut and style to your hearts’ desire. Originally from Rioja, the land of delicious wine, he’s worked all over Spain refining his skills. What I love most about him is his honesty. If you want to try something new with your hair, he’ll be real and let you know if it’ll work for you, but still listen to give you exactly what you want.

Whenever he tends to
my tresses, I ask him for tips to maintain his work. Here are some of his
recommendations.
1. Products he LOVES: Potion 9 Sebastian (a leave-in conditioner that has 9 nutritive oils), hair masks (that help reconstruct and hydrate dry, colored treated hair), keratin treatments by Urban Keratin and Redken’s Body Full shampoo and conditioner (for thin hair).
2. Growing out your hair? If so, he recommends that
women come in for trims every two months and men come in every month.
3. Debts high and funds low? He says that if you’re
on a budget, California highlights are long lasting and low maintenance since
you don’t have to touch up roots as often.
For an appointment with my hair guru, call him at 34 622 677 752.
I leave you with some
pics of his work.
